  • 1/2 scoop Isopure Zero Carb Protein (Vanilla or unflavored) (100 calories, 0g carbs, 1g fat, 25g protein)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries frozen or fresh
  • 1/4 cup Ice
  • 2 tbsp. Ground Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 dash Vanilla Essence
