Bacon Rolls

 This recipe is simply magical. First you just see bacon, then you cut it and the cheese filling pleases you with its aroma and unsurpassed taste, giving the dish juiciness. Chicken breast prepared according to this recipe will be juicy and delicious. You can eat these rolls with fresh vegetables or boiled broccoli.


  • chicken breast fillet - 300 grams
  • spinach - 250 grams
  • cream cheese - 100 grams
  • ricotta cheese - 50 grams
  • bacon - 12 slices
  • salt, pepper to taste

Steps to follow:

  • Finely chop the spinach. You can use both fresh and frozen spinach. In the case of frozen, it must first be defrosted and excess liquid removed.
  • Stir spinach with ricotta and cream cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Cut the chicken breasts in half and make "pockets" in them.
  • Fill the pockets with cheese and spinach filling.
  • We wrap the halves of the chicken fillet with bacon, trying to close the hole with the filling.
  • Fry rolls a little in a frying pan
  • Place the rolls in the oven and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
