BBQ Ribs

 Dry marinade for ribs

2 teaspoons garlic in granules 1 teaspoon onion in granules 2 teaspoons Smoked red peppers 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon chili powder or cayenne pepper 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 kg of pork meat ribs

500 ml BBQ sauce -Keto 2 teaspoons chopped garlic 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon chili powder or cayenne pepper

Steps to follow:

For the dry marinade, pour all the ingredients into the bowl except the ribs and oil, and mix everything well. Wash and dry the ribs in one piece, then coat them with oil on both sides. Sprinkle generously with the spice mixture and rub well into the meat.

Transfer the ribs to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cover with foil, then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 2 hours. During this time, forget about the ribs and just turn on the alarm to remind you that two hours have passed.

In the meantime, make the sauce by putting all the ingredients in a cooking pot and letting it boil, then cook for 3-4 minutes, remove from the heat and keep warm. You will coat the ribs with this sauce and serve the rest with the finished ribs.

After two hours, take the ribs out of the oven, remove the foil and coat them generously with the sauce on both sides. Now increase the heat to 240 degrees and return the ribs to the oven for another 10 mins to brown the sauce. After 10 minutes, switch the oven to the "broil or grill" option and bake for another 3 minutes to lightly caramelize everything.

Take the baked ribs out of the oven and lightly cover them with foil, let them rest for 10 minutes, and only then cut the ribs into pieces and serve with more BBQ sauce.
