Brownie

 With this brownie recipe, all you do is blend and bake — it’s that simple!

This combination of ingredients provides us with all of the aspects we want from a satisfying, fudgy brownie without making it a cheat food.



  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 4 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup erythritol/stevia blend
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pre-heat oven to 350F (180C). Prepare ingredients as needed

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set it aside.

In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients.
 
Pulse together until smooth, for about 30-45 seconds in total. Try not to overmix as the final product will become cakey if you do

Transfer the batter to the loaf pan and bake for 25 minutes or until the edges begin to separate from the side.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes. Slice into squares and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
