Chocolate Almond Bars

Keto Diet Friendly chocolate almond bars


  •  64 g sugar-free cocoa powder
  •  128 g coconut oil
  •  6 tbsp. erythritol
  •  1 tbsp. butter
  •  A hand of almonds (to taste)
  •  28 g dark chocolate (minimum 80% cocoa)

Steps to follow:

  • Heat coconut oil and butter in a saucepan until liquid.
  • Add cocoa powder and chocolate and stir until dissolved.
  • Add sweetener to taste.
  • Liberally grease a baking dish and pour the chocolate into it.
  • Add the almonds and place in the freezer for 30 minutes (You can add whole almonds or you can grind them, it's up to you)
