Meat Muffins

Meat muffins with egg

Ingredients (12 servings):

  • 1 kg of minced meat (cutlet)
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 12 quail eggs
  • 1 onion
  •  ground pepper
  •  salt
  •  lubricating oil

Steps to follow:

  • Boil the quail eggs for 4 minutes. Cool and clean.
  •  Peel the onion, chop finely and fry until golden brown.
  • Mix the minced meat with the chicken egg, add the fried onions, salt and pepper. Preheat the oven.
  •  Grease the muffin tins with butter, put a layer of minced meat on the bottoms. Then place the quail eggs and fill the molds with minced meat on top of the eggs.
  • Bake muffins at 200 degrees for half an hour. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
