Meat muffins with egg
Ingredients (12 servings):
- 1 kg of minced meat (cutlet)
- 100 g hard cheese
- 1 chicken egg
- 12 quail eggs
- 1 onion
- ground pepper
- salt
- lubricating oil
Steps to follow:
- Boil the quail eggs for 4 minutes. Cool and clean.
- Peel the onion, chop finely and fry until golden brown.
- Mix the minced meat with the chicken egg, add the fried onions, salt and pepper. Preheat the oven.
- Grease the muffin tins with butter, put a layer of minced meat on the bottoms. Then place the quail eggs and fill the molds with minced meat on top of the eggs.
- Bake muffins at 200 degrees for half an hour. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
