Shrimp Salad

Ingredients (6 servings):

500 g boiled-frozen shrimp

2 tomatoes

1 avocado

1 salad onion

1 garlic clove

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. olive oil

Hot red pepper

a little green dill


Steps to follow:

Heat the olive oil, fry the shrimp for 3 minutes. Season with salt, sprinkle with red pepper.

Peel and dice the avocado. Drizzle with lemon juice and stir.

Chop the garlic, finely chop the onion, dice the tomatoes and mix.

Place layers of avocado, tomato and shrimp in a salad bowl. Sprinkle the prepared salad with dill.
