Strawberry Balls

 Strawberries are one of the berries which have the least sugars and are the best. They ordinarily needn't bother with any additional sugar sweetener and are quite huge in volume also. They're also Keto diet friendly because of low carbs but it depends how much you want to eat.


  • 200 g cottage cheese (fatter)
  • 50 g butter
  • 20 g strawberries
  • 10 g coconut flour (as much as possible)


  • We mash the strawberries with a fork until puree and set aside.
  • In a bowl, grind cottage cheese with butter at room temperature, add berry puree. Next comes coconut flour - you need to make the mass thick. Leave it to brew for 10-15 minutes.
  • Roll balls from the mass, store in the refrigerator.
