Scrambled Eggs

 Start your day with this aromatic egg dish, perfect for keto. Jalapenos, tomatoes and green onions give the fried eggs a unique taste and aroma.


Ingredients:

30 g butter

1 finely chopped green onion

2 pickled jalapenos, finely chopped

1 tomato, finely chopped

6 eggs

75 g (150 ml) grated cheese

salt and pepper

Steps to follow:

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add green onions, jalapenos and tomatoes and fry for 3-4 minutes.

Pour the oil into a large skillet and sauté the chicken pieces over medium heat until golden brown.

Beat eggs and pour into skillet. Fry, stirring occasionally for 2 minutes. Add cheese and seasonings
