Waffles with bananas

 Do you like waffles? Do you love bananas? Waffles plus bananas evenly - a delicious dessert! Try these delicious, lactose-free, low-carb waffles and start your day in a stunning way. We love them and we are sure that you will like them too!



Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 eggs
  • 175 ml (100 g) of almond flour
  • 175 ml of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon (8 g) ground psyllium husk powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • coconut oil or frying oil
  • 4 tablespoons water

Steps to follow:

  • Mix all ingredients and leave for a while. (10-15 minutes)
  • You can make them in a waffle iron or fry in a pan with coconut or other vegetable oil.
  • Serve with hazelnuts or whipped coconut cream and fresh berries or simply with melted butter.
