Baked crispy chicken

Baked crispy chicken, you can use any kind of chicken meat and just follow this steps and enjoy. 



  • 40 g or 1⁄3 cup of coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper powder
  • ¾ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 900 g chicken thighs

Mayonnaise barbecue

  • 225 ml or 1 glass of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste or barbecue sauce without sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper


  • 110 g spinach
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Steps to follow :

  •  Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Mix coconut flour and spices in a plastic bag.
  • Put the chicken in a bag and shake it lightly so that the flour and spice mixture covers it evenly.
  • Put the chicken skin on top of an oiled baking dish. Bake the chicken thighs in the oven for 40 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to make sure they are ready. The temperature of the meat inside the chicken thighs should be 74 ° C.
  • While the chicken is baking, cut all the ingredients for the salad and make a barbecue sauce.
