Chocolate balls

When you hear chocolate, the first thing that comes to mind is sugar. This is a recipe where there's no sugar and it's very convenient for people who are adhesive to a keto diet and they'd like to eat something nice and sweet

Ingredients:

  • ¾ glass (170 g) of avocado pulp from 1 large or 2 small avocados
  • 100 g dark chocolate without sugar, with cocoa content 90%
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar substitute
  • 1 / 8 teaspoon of salt
  • 16 pieces (10g) of peeled fondue
  • 1 / 3 cup (40g) of crushed fondue
  • 50 g of dark chocolate

Steps to follow:

  • Mix the avocado pulp with the powdered sweetener and salt.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 90 seconds, then stir until completely melted. You can also melt it in a water bath or steamer.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into the avocado mixture, and mix everything thoroughly.
  • Scoop the resulting mass with a teaspoon and form a truffle from it. In the middle of the candy, press 1 whole fondue, and then roll it in finely chopped fondue.
  • Prepare the chocolate glaze. To do this, melt the chocolate in the microwave for 60 seconds and stir it. Then dip the truffle candies in the chocolate one by one.
  • Keep in freezer until completely frozen.
