 Italian omelet with spinach


Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g slices of bacon
  • 2 St. l. butter 
  • 225 g of fresh spinach
  • 8 eggs
  • 225 ml of fat whipped cream
  • 150 g of grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Steps to follow:

  •  Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Prepare a baking sheet or baking dish, grease with oil.
  • Fry the bacon in butter over medium heat until crispy. Add the spinach and fry it a little. Remove the pan from the heat.
  • Mix together eggs and cream and pour them into a baking dish or baking dish.
  • Add bacon, spinach and cheese on top, place the baking tray in the center of the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the central part hardens and a golden-brown crust appears on the edges.
