Marinated Cucumbers

Here we will present you one of the simplest ways to make these marinated cucumbers. When you learn it you will never ever need to buy them from the store. Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 300 gr cucumber
  • ½ glass clean drinking water
  • ½ cup white vinegar 5%
  • 1 table. spoon. salt
  • 3 pcs. dill sprigs (or 1 tablespoon, dried dill)
  • 2 pcs. minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tea. spoon. black peppercorns

Steps to follow:

  • Prepare the cucumbers. Cut off the ends and then cut the cucumbers into long slices to fit in the jar. Make 16 thin slices for easy portioning.
  • In a clean jar, combine water, vinegar, salt, garlic, dill, peppercorns. The marinade should completely cover the cucumbers.
  • Place the cucumber slices in the jar, cover, and refrigerate for 24 hours.
